We’re currently looking for a Copier Technician to support the Baltimore, MD market. If you enjoy working hands-on, being out in the field, and serving local businesses while maintaining a healthy work-life balance, this could be a great fit for you.
Our Copier Technicians are the face of DEX Imaging. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, reliable, and customer-focused. You’ll service copier and document-handling equipment for local customers while building lasting relationships with businesses throughout the area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to manage longer service calls calmly and professionally

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits
• Perform equipment installation, repair, preventative maintenance, and testing
• Diagnose technical issues and determine effective solutions
• Complete accurate and timely service reports
• Follow company field procedures, protocols, and safety standards
• Understand customer needs and provide clear recommendations
