  • Monitor Building Automation systems for unusual operating temperatures or differing conditions.
  • Report conditions with recommended resolutions and make necessary adjustments.
  • Use plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills to assist in maintaining properties.
  • Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
  • Request equipment and supplies to ensure adequate inventory.
  • Transport tools, equipment, and supplies to job sites.
  • Update work orders, repair status, and activity logs.
  • Inform personnel regarding procedures and the status of work orders.
  • Take appropriate action to comply with building and safety regulations.
  • Respond quickly to emergency situations and summon additional assistance as needed.
  • Maintain safe working conditions and report unsafe conditions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Over three years of related experience and/or training.
  • Knowledge of office buildings and skills required for HVAC, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and technical procedures.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and PC skills.
  • 3+ years of general maintenance experience.
  • Typical industry tools required.
  • Ability to interpret company policies and enforce safety regulations.
  • Pay will depend on experience.
