About The Position
Working under general supervision, the coordinator reviews and investigates medical device complaints and maintains quality documents to ensure compliance with various regulatory agencies. The role involves coordinating the resolution of complaints and ensuring that timely investigations are performed. The position requires initiative to ensure work is done accurately and completely, with the ability to problem-solve recurring, routine situations and refer more complicated issues to personnel.
