Responsibilities  As part of the 3River FCU Family YMCA team, the Membership Coordinator will assist with the development, management, and delivery of high-quality programs. Collaborate: Support the Membership Director by assisting with daily operations, including scheduling, task coordination, and department needs. Develop: Build meaningful relationships amongst staff and members to promote excellence in customer service standards, Support: Support team with staff training and member services desk coverage.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, supervisory, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent human relation skills and enthusiasm.
  • Basic math skills and demonstrated recordkeeping proficiency.
  • An elevated level of organization, flexibility, and ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
  • Successfully complete within 60 days of hire: CPR/First Aid/O2 Certification, Bloodborne Pathogen training, Child Abuse Prevention training, and all other required training as specified by your supervisor.
  • Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups of people regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or cultural differences.
