Responsible for all functions of staffing, scheduling, payroll, and office support services within the assigned clinical unit.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous scheduling experience.
  • Previous Epic experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence; maintains files on correspondence and reports. Correspondence is completed in a timely, accurate manner; files and record keeping are designed and maintained to allow for easy retrieval of information.
  • Demonstrates clear contributions to reaching the business volume/revenue goals on a monthly basis by efforts to meet client needs with staffing, by developing/implementing creative solutions to overcome challenges, by supporting a cost effective work environment.
  • Develops/revises forms and tools necessary to promote the efficient operations of the business line. Utilizes IT whenever possible to streamline the efficiency of operations; makes recommendations to modify/refine current forms/documents to better meet clients'/business needs
  • May be responsible for accurately completing and maintaining reports required by regulatory agencies and clients; able to retrieve information from database to create customized reports to meet client/regulatory needs
  • Enters and maintains employee/client data in applicable computer systems. Demonstrates ability to generate reports to assist Nurse Leadership with staffing and scheduling.
  • Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
  • Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
