The Coordinator, Workforce and Outreach supports the development and delivery of professional credit training programs by assisting with employer engagement, community outreach, and workforce partnership initiatives. This position plays a key role in maintaining connections between the College and local employers, community organizations, and industry groups to help identify workforce training needs and promote the College's programs and services. This role assists the director with the end-to-end process of client engagement from initial contact and proposal development through closing the agreement, implementing the training, and conducting post-training evaluation to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
