About The Position

The Coordinator for the Weil Scholars Program will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Weil Scholars Program for an annual cohort of undergraduate, graduate and law students. The Coordinator for the Weil Scholars Program will have responsibility to ensure that all elements of the program are executed on an annual basis, and ensure all factors of the program are completed as outlined in the donor agreement. The Coordinator for the Weil Scholars will report to the Director of the Center for Service Learning and Volunteerism and will be part of the Division of Student Affairs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination, student scholarship initiatives, or experiential learning programs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multi-faceted programs and projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competence in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Weil Scholars Program.
• Ensure all elements of the program are executed annually.

• Provide individualized support and advising to students engaged in on-campus programs and experiential learning opportunities.
• Develop and facilitate training materials and workshops.
• Collect, analyze, and report data related to program outcomes and student success.
