Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience in a role performing administrative assistant, coordinator job functions, or customer service.
  • Interest and availability to work fixed hours in an office environment 5 days a week
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • High School diploma/GED

Responsibilities

  • Work at the front desk with a dynamic team to deliver an outstanding, welcoming experience for all visitors and partners at the Starbucks Support Center
  • Work cross functionally with the Global Safety team to manage badging services and support access control for the Support Center and regional offices, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Lead engaging tours of the building for internal and external business partners, showcasing the heart of Starbucks culture.
  • Collaborate with events, meetings, and services teams to support a variety of corporate facility needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements that elevate service quality and operational efficiency.

  • If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.
  • For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
