About The Position
The Coordinator for the Tutoring Center at Loyola University Chicago is responsible for leading the management, growth, development, and assessment of the Peer Tutoring program. This position reports to the Associate Director for the Tutoring Center and involves supervising and mentoring Peer Tutors, coordinating recruitment and training, managing day-to-day operations, and developing partnerships with academic departments. The Coordinator also facilitates courses, collaborates on assessment plans, and participates in various student academic services events.
