The Coordinator of Transportation Services is responsible for operating and maintaining departmental vehicles, assisting with client data collection, and supporting daily operational activities. This part-time role requires effective communication and coordination with various sites to ensure smooth transportation services for mobile mammography.

Operate and maintain departmental vehicles in accordance with state traffic laws.
Assist with the collection of physiological and demographic data on clients.
Perform patient registration via the Meditech System.
Schedule cleaning, routine maintenance, and required inspections of the vehicle.
Inspect vehicles weekly to ensure proper and safe functioning.
Maintain a log of repairs and services rendered.
Review and manage patient registration edits via the AuditLogix system.
Communicate with patients and physicians regarding mammography screening results.
Maintain complete and accurate records for department statistics and inspections.

High School Diploma - Preferred
3-5 Years Commercial driving experience - Required
2 years experience in customer service field - Preferred
Valid Georgia Commercial Drivers License, Class A or B - Required
Medical Examiners Certificate in Accordance with the Federal Motor Carriers Regulation - Required
