About The Position
NBCUniversal has an opening for a Tour Coordinator. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team that delivers a one-of-a-kind experience to guests at NBC’s home in 30 Rockefeller Plaza. The position reports to the Director of Guest Experience, NBC Studios and is required to work weekends and be on site full time at 30 Rockefeller Plaza. The Coordinator assists in the day-to-day operation and execution of The Tour at NBC Studios, ensuring all Guests coming to 30 Rock have a consistent and memorable experience.
