The Coordinator for Texas One Stop of Enrollment Services at the University of Texas at Austin plays a vital role in enhancing the student experience by serving as a central point of contact for various enrollment services. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Coordinators are expected to be cross-trained to assist both undergraduate and graduate students with a wide range of inquiries related to academic records, financial aid, enrollment, billing, and registration. The focus is on providing exceptional customer service and supporting student retention throughout the student life-cycle. In this role, coordinators will counsel students and community members, managing inquiries through various channels including in-person services, phone calls, chats, and emails. They will be responsible for resolving complex issues related to financial aid, enrollment, academic records, billing, and payments, utilizing available tools and resources. Coordinators will explain and educate students and families about financial aid processes, student account information, and academic records, guiding them through online registration systems and assisting with new student orientation. They will also support students in overcoming registration and graduation barriers by communicating effectively with students, advisors, and administrators. Additionally, coordinators will participate actively as engaged members of the Texas One Stop staff, contributing to cross-functional committees, managing office procedures, and ensuring data integrity. They will coordinate proactive outreach efforts aimed at improving student enrollment, retention, and graduation rates. This position is fixed-term, scheduled to end on August 31, 2025, and requires a commitment to working on campus with a non-negotiable salary.
