Monitor third-party repair costs and identify cost-saving opportunities or billing discrepancies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date payment tracking logs. Serve as the primary contact for vendor billing inquiries and payment status updates. Support internal audits and reporting of third-party repair expenditures and trends. Assist in helping other coordinators as workflow changes within the QRS coordinator team.
