About The Position
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Universal Music Group (UMG), you will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team within a fast-paced and high-volume recruiting environment. This position is designed for a highly motivated individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in the creatively driven music industry. You will be responsible for coordinating interviews, facilitating the offer and background check processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers alike. Your role will involve scheduling in-person, phone, and video interviews, managing the logistics of these meetings, and maintaining high-level communication with all parties involved. You will also be tasked with preparing and processing employment offer letters, initiating and monitoring background checks, and ensuring compliance and accuracy across the recruiting function. Additionally, you will manage the calendar and inbox of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, prioritize business needs, and support the broader Talent Acquisition team with various projects and inquiries. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying areas of support and maintaining professionalism in all interactions with candidates and staff.
