About The Position
The Coordinator of Talent Acquisition plays a crucial role in supporting the hiring process for faculty and staff positions within the organization. Reporting to the District Director of Talent Acquisition, this position is responsible for managing recruitment plans, assisting with applicant screening, and ensuring compliance throughout the hiring process. The coordinator will also provide resources and training to hiring supervisors, analyze recruitment data, and participate in community engagement activities.
