Responsible for supervision of the student support center that provides student support services to prospective and current students.

  • Provide student support services to prospective and current students
  • Associate's degree from a U.S. regionally or nationally accredited institution of higher learning required. Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Two years administrative experience in a customer service environment is required with a Bachelor's Degree OR four years administrative experience in a customer service environment is required with a Associate's Degree.
  • Supervisor experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, email, Internet usage.
  • Ability to use student information systems.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision, seeking assistance as needed.
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Above average written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to give clear, concise directions verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to analyze a situation to identify a problem to be solved; collect supporting documents and recommend further action.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers and students from diverse backgrounds.
