Provide student support services to prospective and current students
Associate's degree from a U.S. regionally or nationally accredited institution of higher learning required. Bachelor's Degree preferred
Two years administrative experience in a customer service environment is required with a Bachelor's Degree OR four years administrative experience in a customer service environment is required with a Associate's Degree.
Supervisor experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, email, Internet usage.
Ability to use student information systems.
Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision, seeking assistance as needed.
Ability to work under stressful conditions in a fast-paced environment.
Above average written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to give clear, concise directions verbally and in writing.
Ability to analyze a situation to identify a problem to be solved; collect supporting documents and recommend further action.
Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers and students from diverse backgrounds.
