Under general direction of the Director of Student Recruitment, the Coordinator of Student Communications in the area of Student Recruitment plays a significant role in the design and implementation of ongoing initiatives related to Gwinnett Tech Branding for the purpose of recruiting students. The Coordinator of Student Communications in the Office of Student Recruitment will have the primary responsibility to design, manage, and process the outgoing communications in the Office of Student Recruitment. This individual will use a variety of tools for print, email and text messaging within the Office of Student Recruitment for engagement with prospective students, parents/guardians, high school counselors in the public, private and home-schooled K-12 systems. This person will work with leadership to assess communication effectiveness. This person plays a key role in fostering a positive work environment, with the expectation of continuous improvement and first-class customer service.
