About The Position

The Coordinator - Student Engagement/Programs at Middle Tennessee State University is responsible for developing and implementing activities that enhance the community experience for students in the Honors College. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Two years of progressively responsible experience related to event coordination, project coordination, and basic office or classroom technology support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement activities for student engagement in the Honors College.
• Coordinate recruitment initiatives for potential Honors College students.
• Manage application and review processes for Buchanan and Transfer fellowships.
• Coordinate all Honors College events, including the annual Board of Visitors meeting.
• Provide classroom support for basic instructional media technology in Honors College classrooms.
• Coordinate activities and events related to the Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society.
