The Student Communications Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and producing all student messaging for the entire organization, with the focus on enhancing student engagement and success. The coordinator will facilitate student communication request workflows from beginning to completion, while collaborating with stakeholders. The coordinator is also responsible for developing compelling content (e.g., copy and graphics) for new communications across multiple channels (e.g., email, SMS/Text, blog, social media announcements/alerts/posts/discussions, newsletters) that provide timely, relevant audience-specific information.
