Assist in the hiring, training, and scheduling of all gameday staff including ushers, ticket takers, guest services representatives, team attendants, and interns Maintain, distribute, and track stadium equipment such as ticket scanners, metal detecting wands, radios, tables, chairs, etc. Assist with the preparation of the game day newsletter for distribution to all stadium employees Schedule police, EMTs, janitorial staff, and other third-party contractors for all events as needed Coordinate with other departments to ensure stadium is prepared for all events Plan & execute set-up and break-down of events held at AutoZone Park as assigned. Assist with stadium special event rentals and serve as on-site event manager for assigned events Other duties as assigned
