About The Position

The position involves working at Store #3232 in Holmen, WI, focusing on the repair and maintenance of spray equipment. Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
• Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
• Have prior work experience repairing spray and/or hydraulic pumps and equipment.
• Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
• Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
• Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain spray equipment including airless, conventional, electrostatic, and pressure washers at the store or customer job sites.
• Conduct hydraulic and warranty repairs on spray equipment.
• Rebuild pumps and repair branch tinting and mixing equipment.
• Educate employees and customers on the use of spray equipment.
• Maintain an inventory of spray parts and ensure availability for repairs.
• Support sales efforts by servicing wholesale and retail customers.
