About The Position

The Specialized Solutions Support role ensures the on-time status of in-network and out of network shipments that are secured through the Specialized Solutions Sales team.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Tracks shipments using TForce Freight systems as well as partner carrier systems.
  • Communicates with TForce Freight Service Center personnel to ensure delivery compliance.
  • Communicates with partner carrier operations staff to ensure delivery compliance.
  • Verifies billing information and initiates corrections as needed.
