  • Utilize scheduling software to maintain compliance with classroom requirements.
  • Review and improve processes for room assignments and availability.
  • Provide advanced support to faculty and administration regarding scheduling inquiries.
  • Serve as the point of contact for scheduling and contract-related inquiries.
  • Experience in academic scheduling or a related field.
