About The Position

The Proposal Management Team is part of the Sales Enablement Group within the NBCU Advertising and Partnership organization. Sales Enablement collaborates across the organization to drive concise, consistent, and customized messaging to all clients and agencies. As a Coordinator, Sales Enablement you will: Work on a team that creates cohesive stories and pitch decks to support sales goals through planning elements including media/marketing, audience activation, insights and strategy. Create and execute concise, consistent and customized messaging to all clients and agencies. Partner closely with internal teams, including Sales, Category Strategy, Insights and Measurement to deliver customized recommendations leveraging NBCUniversal programming, ad products, and advanced audience solutions. Promote a highly collaborative culture that challenges norms with a bias to action and speed; support diversity of thought, experience and approaches to solve issues. Ensure transparency, collaboration, and communication with senior leadership and stakeholders – advocate and champion strategy, team and process. Manage a central repository of assets collateral and go-to market materials. Support larger team & update tracking systems (e.g. Monday.com, Salesforce, etc.) Maintain working knowledge of competitive set to adequately position NBCU.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be proficient in PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal, written and organizational skills, effective collaborator

Nice To Haves

  • Advertising sales, sales marketing or agency experience preferred
