About The Position

JOB SUMMARY: Supports the overall day-to-day operation for the Safety & Security department at Universal Kids Resort (UKR). Assists with initiatives by providing daily administration support including data entry, logistics, creation and retention of digital and physical documentation, inventory monitoring, supply ordering and Team Member communications. Responsible for providing daily support to management including but not limited to documentation, reporting, and compliance and training tracking. Ensures work follows Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX) standards and procedures. Partners as needed across departments at UKR and within UDX. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides administrative support to Safety & Security Management for assigned projects, documentation, analysis and maintaining data as needed. Ensures projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. Assists with establishing Security playbooks for events and special projects. Creates communications, presentations and corresponding materials as needed. Provides onboarding support for new hires by submitting requests for access and equipment. Supports leadership in maintaining regulatory training tracking, procedural manuals, and updating standard operating procedures and documentation. Supports the accuracy and documentation of training materials and programs related to established requirements and procedures. Administers the property-wide radio system, utilizing software to program and configure portable radios for all departments. Processes radio repair requests, troubleshoots issues, and sends radios out for repair to vendor if necessary. Handles various requests such as enabling/disabling radios by authorized contacts, processing purchase requests, and answering questions about the system and portable radio operation. Monitors system inventory, including usage, to ensure compliance with established policies. Generates general metrics and reports regarding Guest and Team Member service, operational procedures, and effectiveness of UKR’s Security Operations and security systems. Analyzes, compiles, updates, and maintains department data. Completes necessary documentation for loss prevention, investigations and emergency management planning and execution. Supports operational communications in partnership with other departments to ensure a seamless Team Member experience. Provides appropriate documentation and addresses department inquiries and escalations. Maintains office and equipment inventory. Creates ordering purchases and service requests in Purchase Manager System. Implements and draws upon purchase orders. Receives services and products, ensures proper delivery, and facilitates payment. Ensures item tracking and shipping activities. Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities. Perform other duties as assigned. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Works with confidential information regularly. Requires a strong understanding of Resort Mapping.
