The Coordinator Research Administration is a highly skilled, proactive administrative professional responsible for directly supporting the Research Administration leadership team and departmental mission partners. This position plays a pivotal role in facilitating efficient operations, managing executive-level schedules and communications, coordinating meetings and projects, and providing administrative and operational support for research and healthcare initiatives throughout the ministry. Will assist with the coordination of specific project tasks within project workplans, develop content (e.g. documents, presentations, etc.) and track/report appropriate metrics. Will lead event planning and admin support for monthly, quarterly, and annual research administration activities.
