About The Position

WME is seeking a Coordinator to support senior leaders across Product, Design & Engineering (PDE). This role is embedded in a fast-growing Product, Design & Engineering organization that is actively building how work gets done. The environment is hands-on, highly collaborative, and constantly evolving. The Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping momentum high, details tight, and teams focused as ideas move quickly from concept to execution. The role will report to Product, Design & Engineering leadership at WME and is based in Los Angeles, CA.

Requirements

  • Experience in a coordination, operations, project support, or executive support role (3–4+ years).
  • Genuine interest in Product, Design, or Engineering, and curiosity about how digital products are built, shipped, and iterated on.
  • Comfort working with technical teams, technical concepts, and modern collaboration tools.
  • Able to quickly understand technical discussions, systems, and dependencies well enough to anticipate questions, track decisions, and keep work moving forward.
  • Strong organizational instincts and attention to detail, especially in environments with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to juggle multiple streams of work while keeping things accurate, current, and moving forward.
  • Comfort working with vendors, budgets, and operational tracking.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative working style and appreciation for teams that balance intensity with humor.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior PDE leaders with scheduling, travel coordination, expenses, and preparation of materials for meetings, reviews, and working sessions.
  • Help keep multiple initiatives moving at once by tracking progress, organizing inputs, and following up on open items.
  • Coordinate internal meetings and working sessions, capturing decisions, next steps, and action items so work continues smoothly after meetings end.
  • Assist with third-party vendor coordination, including tracking agreements, budgets, renewals, and related documentation.
  • Act as an early signal detector by surfacing risks, gaps, or dropped balls before they become real problems.
  • Review materials and deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and completeness to help maintain a high bar for quality.
  • Create and share presentations, reports, and documentation in support of ongoing initiatives and ad-hoc work.
  • Contribute to shaping how the PDE team operates by improving workflows, documenting processes, and bringing structure to fast-moving work.
