The Coordinator for Pro Circuit will provide critical pre-tournament operational support for all Pro Circuit Tournament Directors and their staff, serve as Team Leader for the World Team Cup, and Assistant Tournament Director of US Open Wheelchair Championships. This role involves supporting the Pro Circuit Senior Manager in managing assigned events among 100+ tournaments, producing tournament information sheets, completing sanction applications for ATP and ITF, generating contracts for assigned tournaments, and coordinating mailings of all Pro Circuit marketing tools, contracts, and post-tournament reports. The Coordinator will also maintain tournament information databases, process tournament orders, communicate frequently with players regarding general circuit inquiries, and assist with various workshops, conferences, and staff meetings.

  • Provide pre-tournament operational support for Pro Circuit Tournament Directors.
  • Serve as Team Leader for the World Team Cup.
  • Act as Assistant Tournament Director of US Open Wheelchair Championships.
  • Support Pro Circuit Senior Manager in managing assigned events among 100+ tournaments.

  • Organize and document online Tournament Director Evaluations.
  • Assist with preparation for various workshops, conferences, and staff meetings.
  • Assist with US Open preparations.
  • Organize and operate USTA Pro Circuit tournaments held at the USTA National Campus.
  • Act as Tournament Director.
  • Assist Player Development with tournament Wild Card program.
  • Maintain files and historical documents for the Department.
  • Responsible for organization and inventory of departmental storage areas.
  • Coordinate promotional items and gifts for the Department.
  • Check requesting, invoicing, and payment processing for the Department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Proven track record of strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability in project management and administration.
  • Strong strategic thinker and self-starter.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Gmail.
