About The Position

The Coordinator, Private Sector Engagement at World Wildlife Fund (WWF) plays a crucial role in supporting the Plastic and Material Science team in developing and managing corporate partnerships and multi-stakeholder engagement efforts. This position aims to advance WWF's conservation mission, maximize revenue, and enhance public awareness of WWF's initiatives. The coordinator will assist in implementing transformational business practices and coordinate various projects, research, and communications to support WWF's goals with the private sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Two years of demonstrated experience in administrative or coordinator positions.
  • Experience in accounting management or marketing-related fields preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and editing capabilities.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with database management is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Private Sector Engagement's Plastic and Material Science team in developing corporate partnerships.
  • Support the implementation of business practice engagements and coordinate research and materials development.
  • Perform administrative functions for the VP and Plastic and Material Science Team, including meeting coordination.
  • Engage with WWF partners and develop materials related to partner retention.
  • Support the development of reports, presentations, and communications on WWF research and projects.
  • Assist in external communications activities and project management support for major activations.
  • Track and monitor financial information and metrics for corporate partnerships.
