Reporting to the Supervisor, Pre-Boarding, this role will be responsible for supporting North America and Trinidad and Tobago Pre-Boarding programs. This role will provide support, guidance, and training to Hiring Managers and New Hires going through the Pre-Boarding process. You will work collaboratively with Talent Attraction, Human Resource Business Partners, IT, and the HR Operations Team, to ensure that all appropriate Pre-Boarding activities are efficiently and effectively managed in a timely manner.
