About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Coordinator, PR/Influencer Marketing for Jo Malone London and Aramis North America. As a key member of the marketing team, you will help execute high-impact campaigns, support cross-functional initiatives, and manage day-to-day PR and Influencer Marketing operations to drive brand success. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in-house or at an agency in the beauty industry and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years professional related marketing or communications experience such as public relations influencer marketing, digital/social media marketing with a passion for the beauty industry.
  • Knowledge of digital social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and emerging trends.
  • Basic understanding of the traditional and non-traditional media landscape.
  • Understanding of monitoring tools like Tribe Dynamics and Launchmetrics.
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and ability to build and foster collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
  • Desire to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent computer and technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint) with an eye for detail and style.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing impactful, strategic communication and launch plans that are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and manage editorial and product launch calendar in tandem with the 360 Marketing Calendar to generate editorial coverage for the brand across all forms of media.
  • Manage and organize PR materials including press releases, media alerts, pitches and other relevant items and adapt from the Global brand for regional use.
  • Oversee and manage evergreen product mailings for editors and influencers.
  • Maintain US press list on a consistent basis, keeping it up to date.
  • Support team in event planning and execution logistics.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with brand-right influencers with a focus on beauty/fashion/lifestyle/home, celebrities, athletes across all platforms with a focus on TikTok and Instagram to build brand relevance and drive awareness and engagement.
  • Assist in the development on strategic influencer programs including but not limited to organic seeding and gifting, product mailers and paid partnerships.
  • Work alongside Director and external agencies on the execution of programs including talent identification, content briefs and campaign tracking via Tribe to maximize EMV.
  • Partner with 360 Marketing and relevant cross-functional teams on specific paid social programs to leverage influencer content across paid media.
  • Analyze content performance for future programs ensuring alignment with brand KPIs and evolving trends.
  • Work with Director to develop reports on campaign results.
  • Manage reporting tools and PR dashboards to track brand KPIs on an ongoing basis.
  • Manage product forecasts and orders for all launches, events, seeding and mailers, ensuring necessary inventory to support corresponding PR and influencer initiatives.
  • Organize PR files, maintain PR sample inventory and manage product send outs.
  • Track and maintain PR/Influencer Marketing budget.
  • Liaise with internal Finance team for estimate and close.
  • Lead vendor coordination including vendor set-up, PO creation and processing invoices in a timely fashion.
