About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Project Management Office team as a Project Coordinator. The Municipal & Schools Project Management Office supports the Professional Services teams success providing standardized tools, templates, and processes, driving minimum standard best practices and a level of consistency across the division. The PMO Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting PMO best practices and adherence to those best practices. The Coordinator monitors exception reporting for revenue generating projects and works with end users and power users to address issues, remove roadblocks, and ensure clean, accurate project records ensuring accurate revenue recognition, data integrity, and support the client experience.
