About The Position
The Coordinator Pharmacy Integrity is responsible for researching and analyzing manual controlled substance orders and override requests, generating reports for DEA agents, and acting as a subject matter expert in controlled substance procedures. This role involves educating store users, reviewing controlled substance loss forms, and validating prescriber profiles, all while maintaining compliance with DEA regulations and company policies. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office work three days a week at either the Deerfield or Chicago locations.
