About The Position

The Coordinator, Partnership Marketing is responsible for execution and fulfillment of the Club’s corporate partnerships, consisting of Club trademark and promotional rights, stadium signage, media (broadcast, social & digital), consumer promotions, stadium promotions, special events, community relations programs, hospitality, and cause marketing initiatives, all with a with a focus on delivering measurable return on investment for each assigned corporate partner relationship. In addition to creating upsell opportunities for corporate partners and focused on the retention and renewal of existing Club partnerships. The Arizona Cardinals Football Club is a professional football team within the National Football League (NFL). We compete in the National Football Conference (NFC) West division and call State Farm Stadium, in Glendale, Arizona, our home. As one of the oldest pro football franchises in the U.S., the Club has established itself as a sport and cultural hallmark within Arizona, as well as a trailblazer for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives and firsts around the League. Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or communications, or equivalent experience
  • Skills in client service or account management with an emphasis in professional sports team or with an advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word, and CRM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of client service, marketing and sports and event sponsorship programs.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop outstanding internal and external business relationships.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs.
  • Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1-2 years of client account management or sponsorship experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution and activation of the Club's corporate partnerships.
  • Assist in various special projects and events, while collaborating with all key stakeholders to advance the goals and priorities of the Arizona Cardinals organization.
  • Develop a clear understanding of partners' individual business goals and initiatives and strategize team opportunities to maximize.
  • Consistently identify new ways of generating incremental revenue through account upsell and renewal discussions.
  • Work closely with marketing/promotions, entertainment, and community relations departments to develop and implement successful promotions, charitable events, and entertainment features to ensure they meet corporate partner goals and objectives and provide maximum return on investment.
  • Assist with maintaining records of all asset implementation including promotions, artwork deadlines and due dates, events/functions, and communications.
  • Assist with production of corporate partner ROI reports that include a detailed proof of performance of all activities including documentation of all sponsorship deliverables - signage, radio & TV spots, promotional activity and results, VIP parties, tickets, program/media guide ads, and any and all marketing/sponsorship assets.
  • Develop strong business relationships with existing and potential corporate partners.
  • Effectively communicate across all areas of the company including but not limited to sales, marketing, content, community relations, team charities, ticketing, and finance departments
  • Support the planning and execution of Corporate Partnerships events in collaboration with the Corporate Partnerships team
  • Coordinate and execute partner fulfillment across events, including private partner events, co-branded community initiatives, and in-stadium activations
  • Execute Partnership Marketing events across community, stadium, and facility platforms (e.g., Employee Combines, Youth Camps, Fantasy Football, Partner Engagement events)
  • Provide on-site support and leadership for pre-game hospitality, partner activations, and premium experiences at Cardinals home games and key events
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of partner accounts, with the opportunity to lead select accounts under the guidance of senior team members
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned partners (as applicable), supporting communication, activation planning, and overall account coordination
  • Track and manage timelines, assets, and deliverables to ensure partners receive all contracted elements
  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, stadium operations, content) and external vendors to support seamless execution
  • Assist in developing event recaps by coordinating content capture (photo/video) and compiling proof of performance for partners
  • Coordinate scheduling and fulfillment of talent-related partnership obligations (e.g., cheerleaders, Big Red)
  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate partner hospitality programs, including road trips and premium experiences
  • Other duties as assigned
