Guided by student development theory and an eight-dimension student wellness framework, the coordinator is responsible for creating student experiences that promote positive academic, retention, graduation, placement, personal satisfaction, and other outcomes by planning, implementing, and evaluating programs, activities, and events that engage and develop students from orientation to degree or program completion. This is a live-on position. The position requires high student contact, high visibility and presence at student events, and supervision at frequent evening, late-night, and weekend events. In compliance with federal and state disability laws and in consultation with Human Resources, employees receive reasonable accommodation to perform the essential duties associated with the position upon request and evaluation. The position requires predictable evening and weekend hours to supervise or participate in student, staff, and University programs, events, services, and experiences.
