About The Position
The University of Mississippi is seeking a dynamic and talented Coordinator of Student Activities for the Ole Miss Student Union to join our team. The Gertrude C. Ford Ole Miss Student Union serves as the center of student life on the Ole Miss campus while supporting the education mission of the university by enhancing the collegiate experience with quality programs, facilities, and services. The Ole Miss Student Union (OMSU) department serves as the hub for all 400+ Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) on campus as well as the online student organization portal, The ForUM. Our OMSU staff advises several key student organizations and assists those organizations in coordinating over 200 events and activities throughout the academic year. Additionally, the department manages the general operations of the facility which includes space reservations, student employees, and event planning for the facility.
