About The Position
The Coordinator of Special Grants will be working with Coalinga College and Lemoore College faculty and administrators to expand noncredit Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Firebaugh and Personal Care Aide (PCA) at Lemoore College. The Coordinator of Special Grants will work with the 8 adult education consortium partners by offering sustainable, laddered pathways into the health field that will connect adult learners with little or no college experience to short-term training opportunities. The Coordinator of Special Grants will be responsible for coordinating clinical sites, recruiting students, and placing them in employment or in college transition. The Coordinator of Special Grants will be responsible for submitting student data and financial reports to the California Community College Chancellor's Office. Under the direction of an area administrator, provide coordination and oversight for the implementation and administration of specialized grant projects with emphasis on compliance with grant objectives.
