About The Position
The Coordinator of Residential Life is responsible for providing direction and leadership for the implementation of residential life's student education and engagement programs for 5-6 residence hall/apartment communities. The Coordinator is also responsible for leading and directing various residential life committees and student-focused initiatives. The Coordinator provides direct supervision to 5-6 Residence Directors and indirect supervision to 2-4 Assistant Residence Directors. The Coordinator reports to the Assistant Director of Residential Life & Student Development and serves as one of the Residential Life Management Team members.
