About The Position

The Coppin State University College of Business invites applications for a full-time position to serve as Coordinator of the Partners in Education Program beginning Spring 2026. The applicant will serve as the liaison between the College of Business and its community colleges. The primary function of the position is to establish new and maintain existing partnerships with educational partners by fostering collaboration, supporting engagement, and building strong pipelines that support enrollment in the College of Business. Partner with CSU Associate Director of Transfer Admissions in the recruitment of transfer students. The College of Business is accredited by ACBSP.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Academic experience or three years of industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with educational institutions.
  • Knowledge of academic programs.
  • Experience with program development.
  • Ability to facilitate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data and information management that support assessment and accreditation.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Research experience in Management is also preferred, and new doctoral graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison with Admissions in the recruitment of transfer students.
  • Serve as academic advisor for COB transfer students, working with relevant campus stakeholders.
  • Maintain records, files and reports on transfer students as required for assessment and accreditation.
  • Oversee development and maintain currency of articulation agreements and MOUs with community colleges.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with community colleges.
