About The Position
The Coordinator of Operational Excellence at Pilgrim's is responsible for supporting the Complex Manager in implementing the Pilgrims Management Method as an internal consultant. This role focuses on the Management Pillar implementation, ensuring effective execution of various operational excellence programs and processes, including the 6S Program, standardization, and abnormalities management. The coordinator will also serve as a point of contact with the corporate management method team, lead training sessions, and facilitate self-assessment activities to enhance operational efficiency.
