The Coordinator of Military Affairs and Business Development assists with managing, planning, and implementing enrollment, benefit verification, maintaining Department of Defense Voluntary Education portals and execution of the daily operation of the institution's military related programs. This position reports to the Vice President of Military and Corporate Relations. The Coordinator will research and advise the VP on potential training and certification opportunities, coordinate information sessions to enhance corporate relations, serve as the VA School Certifying Official (SCO), and work closely with external stakeholders to increase the military affiliated student population at Thomas University.
