Touro University is seeking a Coordinator of Mentorship Programs to support the establishment of mentoring communities to enhance the enrollment, retention, and graduation of students in NYSCAS. The Coordinator of Mentorship Programs will report to the Director of the Office of Student Success and is projected to supervise faculty and graduate student mentors. As a founding staff member of the Office of Student Success, the Coordinator of Mentorship Programs will play a key role in building the systems needed to launch and maintain a mentorship program. As the Coordinator of Mentorship Programs, you will spearhead the vision setting process for establishing what it means to be a mentor at Touro University. With a clear understanding of mentorship, you will determine the systems for recruitment, selection, and support of mentors in service of strengthening enrollment, retention, and graduation rates at NYSCAS.
