About The Position
The Coordinator of Food Services is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day production of food and assumes responsibility for the department in the absence of the food services management team. This role includes planning the utilization of leftovers and being familiar with all cooking and serving job assignments to be able to perform these tasks in emergency situations.
