About The Position

The Coordinator of Early Childhood provides direct oversight of daily operations for the district’s early childhood centers, ensuring high-quality implementation of programming, safe and efficient systems, and strong support for staff and families. This role works closely with the Director of Early Childhood to implement program vision while managing the day-to-day leadership of classrooms, staff, and systems across early childhood sites.

Requirements

  • Kansas teaching/administrative license with building-level endorsement
  • Master’s degree
  • Five years experience in teaching and/or administration

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct oversight of daily operations for the district’s early childhood centers
  • Ensuring high-quality implementation of programming
  • Ensuring safe and efficient systems
  • Ensuring strong support for staff and families
  • Works closely with the Director of Early Childhood to implement program vision
  • Managing the day-to-day leadership of classrooms, staff, and systems across early childhood sites
