About The Position

The Coordinator Dental Residency Program works with the dental program leadership to maintain the educational quality of the training program and the day-to-day operations of the multiple dental residency sites. The Program Coordinator functions as a liaison between program leadership, OSF Administration/Departments, Attending's, Faculty and Residents.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years equivalent administration and/or management experience in academic or health setting
