The Coordinator of Degree Audit Systems and Curriculum is responsible for the setup, maintenance, updates, and ongoing development of the university's degree audit systems, including scribing and system configuration. This position ensures accurate and current representation of academic programs by collaborating with Registrar's Office staff, Academic Affairs, and other campus stakeholders to implement curriculum changes that impact degree audit functionality. The coordinator manages system updates related to degree audit and curriculum tracking, supports process improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with academic policies. Additionally, the Coordinator serves as a member of relevant curriculum committees to provide technical insight and ensure alignment between curriculum decisions, CMU curriculum policy, and system capabilities.
