About The Position
Under the supervision of the Nutrition Education Manager, Nutrition Educators will provide localized nutrition and health education in a variety of community settings and environments. Following company and State-instituted policies and curriculum, Nutrition Educators will work to identify partners and opportunities to connect with neighbors in need and provide nutrition and health education relevant to the needs and strategies identified for their assigned Counties. Nutrition Educators will assist in the development of nutrition materials, recipes, cooking demonstrations and videos, and other materials needed to reach targeted audiences. Nutrition Educators will be responsible for tracking and reporting required data and feedback from classes and other community interactions and will continuously participate in program improvement and strategic planning.
