About The Position

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the facility management team. Responsibilities include maintaining office equipment, collection and sorting mail, managing office inventories, and other things. Full-Time with Benefits (PTO, 401K, and Dental)

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED and Equivalent Experience in Specified Field.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints co-workers, and/or supervisor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily office space inspections making sure A/C, Doors, and readers are working properly. In addition, checking the fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and sanitary supplies.
  • Managing office inventory and work with vendors to ensure everything is fully stocked.
  • Conduction routine inspections to ensure the office space is safe, clean, and functional condition.
  • Collect and Sort incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Log incoming packages and deliver/forward if necessary.
  • Perform miscellaneous office needs such as: assemble, install, or repair office furniture and equipment.
  • Maintaining office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines and multimedia instruments.
  • Drive company vehicle to transport Executives to meeting or events (Ability to work a flexible schedule, including “on-call” after hours occasionally).
  • Able to learn new skills and take on challenging projects to develop.
  • Flexible to work an extended shift, weekends, and holidays if needed.
  • Prolonged periods standing and walking throughout facilities.
