About The Position

The Member Benefits Coordinator will play a crucial role in executing the Marlins Membership portion of the Home Run Rewards loyalty program and managing various digital platforms and member benefits. This position is designed for individuals interested in the intersection of sports and digital initiatives, providing hands-on experience in enhancing fan engagement and driving business through membership programs.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working back-end of digital platforms, including inventory management systems.
• Must be knowledgeable with smartphone technology and usage.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English, Spanish is beneficial.
• Must exhibit a friendly, guest service-oriented attitude and professional experience at all times.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, accountable, and self-sufficient.
• Ability to demonstrate creativity to identify new opportunities to promote the Marlins brand.
• Ability to work the Marlins 81 home games, including nights, weekends, and occasional holidays.

Responsibilities

• Run point on and execute the Marlins Membership portion of the Home Run Rewards loyalty program.
• Create and maintain all Marlins Membership accounts in a customized digital ecosystem.
• Support the Marlins' Fan Programs department in mass audits of the digital ecosystem.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive inventory management and shipping system for a catalog of rewards.
• Help fulfill experiences and once-in-a-lifetime events for Marlins Members.
• Act as the digital point of contact for fan inquiries related to benefits.
• Serve as the supervisor on duty for escalated Home Run Rewards inquiries during all Marlins home games.
• Responsible for the set-up and breakdown of gameday inventory associated with Member Benefits.
