About The Position
The RN Assessment Coordinator plays a crucial role in conducting and coordinating comprehensive assessments for residents, including the Minimum Data Set (MDS). This position is responsible for tracking and transmitting data to the Department of Health and Human Services, ensuring that assessments are accurate and comprehensive. The RN Assessment Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Clinical Manager and will provide coverage in their absence, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning.
